order #1143, which I received on April 27.

Upon opening the package, I noticed that one of the prongs was broken. Because of this, one of the circular magnets does not stay in place and is loose.

I’ve attempted to contact them a few times about this issue but haven’t yet received a response. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know whether a replacement or a refund would be possible.
